Even though legal talk makes most people’s eyes glaze over, it is imperative that you fully understand what the document says and what it means for you legally. 
• Get your lawyer to review the final form. Yes, you’ve downloaded a form to save on legal fees, but that doesn’t mean that you still don’t need the assistance of your small business attorney. Let your lawyer look over the form, make sure everything looks good, and that you are well protected. It will give you peace of mind and ensure that the document accomplishes what it should.
